Under the Blue Moon – festival of all things darkly beautiful, Sydney's Dark Alternative Festival can artists and alternative designers performing and showcasing at the festival's highlight event The All Hallows Eve Ball on the 31st October at the Factory Theatre. The main stage Line up includes GPKISM (Japan), The Art, Juke Baritone + The Swamp Dogs, The Horrorwood Mannequins, Chaingang and The Mansons with special guest Simon Day. In our dungeon of debauchery hosted by Uber be delighted by the sultry Lola The Vamp, the ever so naughty Fancy Piece and Celia Cutis and her bed of nails. DJ's will be smashing up the dungeon walls all night long with heavy alt beats from DJ Requiem, Ash, DJ MetaVirus, Unit 13 and DJ Dasein.

Lunarmorph returns in 2009 as part of The Hallows Eve Ball, showcasing six of the best alternative designers and hair stylists from Australia including Furr Hair, Gallery Serpentine, The Wild One, Dusk Moth Designs, Beserk Clothing, and Baroque & Roll.

formerly The Follow, members of Australia’s popular rock band recently moved to Los Angeles only to reincarnate themselves, and reemerge as THE ART. In doing so, the band has recently released their debut self titled EP, and are currently in the studio recording their first full length album. Producer Nick Launay (Nick Cave, Supergrass, Yeah Yeah Yeahs) has teamed up with the band, releasing the EP on his own label, Stick It To The Man. Fusing art rock with harmonies to awaken your spirit, THE ART dominate any stage they take with their unconventionally defiant independence and raw power.

Baroque & Roll’s designer, Emily Hubble, graduated from Western Australian school of Design in 2006, but has ran Baroque & Roll since early 2004. Emily relocated in 2007 to Australia’s Sin City, Sydney. Baroque & Roll was attributed originally to highly worked couture one-off pieces, but in mid-2008, due to popular demand, Emily began designing a range to make Baroque & Roll garments and accessories more widely available to the public.
