The Streets of Enmore and Newtown are full of market stalls during the festival. There are info stalls, clothing stalls, comic stalls, potion stalls and heaps more.

Markets Terms and Conditions

· Stalls are primarily trestle table stalls on THE PAVEMENT (no road closure, so there will be cars!!!). Access down the pavement needs to be maintained for pedestrians.

· Our focus this year will be on 'Shopping by the Dark Moon' which means that stall holders can trade into the evening with an approx. close up time of 9.30pm.

· Stall placement is at the discretion of the UTBM Markets Co.ordinator and will be assessed based on the best overall streetscape we can create.

· Applicants who want to bring clothing racks are required to include on their form the number of racks and the method of weighting down that they are going to do. Cost of table plus rack(s) will be assessed.

· There will be a limited number of stalls available where a rack structure with roof can be erected as in a traditional market place like Glebe- these will be inside the Funeral Parlour Carpark and will be a higher price.

· No changing rooms are provided.

· All rubbish removal is the responsibility of the stall holder

· All payment up front. No refunds.

· Power is not available.

· All stall holders must obtain public liability insurance. Public Liability Insurance Certificate must be provided to the Markets Co.ordinator.
Public Liability insurance for Market stalls is available from www.stallinsure.com.au (recommended by the Insurance Ombudsman Service)

· Specific parking for markets stall holders is not available however there Is a lot of free and cheep metered parking available on and around King St and Enmore Road.

· Second hand clothing stalls are encouraged to attend the Wednesday night "Swap & Sell Gothique" and will not be given preference.

· Preference will be given to stall holders who will be providing hand crafted, original and unique items.

· Items that will not be accepted are products already stocked in the alternative stores involved in the Festival. These include synth dreads, Manic Panic makeup, Tuk Shoes, Demonia shoes and bags, Tripp Clothing, Lip Service Clothing, Leg Avenue Clothing, Prints Australia accessories., Omen Clothing, Dead Threads Clothing, Revolution 666 clothing, Boody Mary makeup.

· Alternative & sub culture lifestyle, interest and support groups who apply for an information stall will not be charged for a table and will be given preference
· Herpetology, WIRES, Bat Preservation, Frog Interest groups, WSPA Bear Awareness & other suitable Associations will not be charged for a table.

· Alternative artists who are displaying work in the Blue Moon storefronts are encouraged to have stalls and will be given preference.
· Zine makers, poets, sculptors, armour makers, blacksmiths & iron workers will be given preference.
